The people that operate this storage unit facility are awesome. They are so wrong to work with you and they absolutely do NOT want to see anyone lose their belongings. They are so friendly and nice and accommodating. Doing business with them is a breath of fresh air.

Such great experiences with the new owners of Rapid Rental MS. In addition to improving the payment system and communication between business and customer, Kari and Joseph were quick to respond and find a solution when I reach out to them with a security issue on my unit. They coordinated around my schedule and we’re very kind and personable. Service with RRMS is phenomenal and a great value. Thank you!

Poorly lit at night, rates went up with new owners but nothing has been done to replace storage lockers' door frames which are falling apart in some places and in some lockers. Not well maintained.

EVEN IF YOU PAY YOUR BILL & YOUR CURRENT.. THEY WILL CHANGE YOUR LOCK & LOCK YOU OUT... THE OWNER IS VERY VERY NASTY... NEVER USE THIS PLACE!!!!!
