Twenty-Five Mile Creek State Park is a favorite camping spot for many, offering peace and relaxation. The park features beautiful, pretty areas with magnificent views, often right next to the creek or on the lake front. The water is described as super clear, crystal clear, and calm, suitable for paddling, boating, canoeing, or paddle boarding. There is a designated swimming area with a shallow beach pool that is good for children. Amenities include a small store selling toys, snacks, alcohol, drinks, and other supplies, though it has limited hours. The campground provides running water, clean restrooms and showers with hot water, and good WiFi. Reservations can be made online. Some drawbacks include occasional skunks on-site and a lack of direct hiking trails from the camping area, requiring a drive to access them. The location is noted as being far from the city, approximately 30 minutes away. Lake access for swimming is limited without a boat, primarily near the boat launch. At times, a bathroom may be out of service. Overall, it is considered an amazing, beautiful campground that is highly recommended for a nice and quiet stay.
