Good location. Easy to find. Plenty of trailers, tow dollies to rent and moving supplies to buy. I didn't rent or return the tailer to this U-Haul dealer but they did get me a refund for a U-Haul box that wasn't used. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I will be back for my moving needs. Thanks.

He was extremely helpful and kind, even though we arrived just before closing time. Answered our questions clearly and was able to have us in and out in no time!

No beef with this location, but I can't find anywhere else to share this experience: U-haul quoted me approx $1,700 to ship one U-box from Chelan to Jacksonville, FL. When I called to have the unit shipped, the cost jumped to $3,600. This is on top of all the other fees I paid to pick up the box and store it. All in all well-over 4k for one U-box.

Reserve the trailer online to pick up a side by side. Verified that it would fit. picked up the trailer drove an hour and a half to pick up my side by side. And realize it won't fit in the opening into a 6-ft trailer. Called U-Haul and they pretty much told me to pound sand. I asked if I could rent a car hauler to load my 1500 lb side by side in. And they said it would take a 24-hour waiting. For a waiver. I don't understand why you can't load a side-by-side on a car trailer when you can load a seven or 8,000 lb car. And again they told me to pound sand. And not so many words. I asked for a refund since nowhere on their website did it say that there was an opening on the trailer that was shorter than the 6 ft. And again they told me no refund. but they were willing to rent me another trailer one way for almost five times what I paid for the one day trailer rental. It was very nice of them. I would never rent a U-Haul trailer again and I have spent many a day in U-Haul trailers and trucks moving friends and people. Do your research beware. Because U-Haul does not care
