Travis at the Chelan location is the nicest, most customer-service minded, flexible, helpful, and kind person I've come across in a long, long time. The company is lucky to have him as the manager of the units. He brings back the actual customer service practices that I was taught when working with clients. It's absolutely refreshing to know that some managers still understand the basics of keeping clients happy by responding quickly and actually listening AND fixing what you're requesting. He should be teaching customer service seminars - and no, I didn't know him prior to renting a unit. FIVE stars, well deserved!
