AMG is my new shop to take my vehicles. I took our truck in to get it looked at and they called within an hour with the diagnosis and estimate for the repair. I was happy with the estimate as well as the work that was completed. They talk to you and explain things like how you want to be talked to. They are extremely fair priced, honest, reliable. I am so happy I found a business I can now rely on and take my business to. If you’re looking for an honest Mechanic Shop who stand behind their work look no further, you won’t be disappointed.

This one's for the ladies - THIS SHOP IS A UNICORN. They won't talk down to you, won't assume you don't know anything about cars, won't try to sell you stuff you don't need. They're fast, reasonably priced, and best of all you won't need to drag a man in there with you to get a speck of decency and respect.

I took my vehicle there for a specific problem. They never test drove it before or after charge me seventeen hundred dollars 4 parts that didn't solve the problem.
I wouldn't suggest going there for any major repairs

Almost forgot to submit a review. I was looking for a shop in Cheney to get a thermostat replaced. My estimate was 40% less than I found in Spokane. I am a retired aerospace mechanical engineer and was aware of the difficulty of this repair. Lexus/Toyota didn't do me any favors by locating the part near the bottom of the engine making access difficult. AMG did an excellent job. They will have my future business.

Took my car in a few times for a diagnostic issue that required some work (cleaning a throttle body and reset). Some time later and the issue still wasn't resolved but I gave up on fixing it until a new mechanic asked to take a look at another shop recently. Low and behold it looks like AMG didn't bother removing the throttle from the car, wiped it with a rag (residue left behind is obvious) and called it a day without performing an idle reset.
I'm considering this a lesson learned, it only took two years to figure out someone else's laziness.
They did okay with minor things (they did okay on wheel work) but if you're looking for a major fix you should probably go elsewhere.

Friendly, personal service. Good prices. Knowledgable staff. Special shoutout to the female mechanic with short hair, she is an absolute rockstar! Place is busy because its the best place in town, so it can take time to get your car in, but its worth it.
