Is Tyson still there?
He will get everything he can out from you.
I asked him if he had a 64gb version of an iphone in 2021. he sold me the highest end model.
He told me that my only option to get the latest iphone was to get their best ATT plan.
2 weeks later, I downgraded 2 tiers readily available for my iphone.
Tyson is into bitcoin mining.
I bought a life time ATT screen protector replacement from Tyson. 1 year later he says that store does not do it any more.
Avoid Tyson, he is shameless

Long time Verizon customers who switched to AT&T recently. We weren't sure we going to change until we talked to Samuel at the Cheney store. He was extremely helpful and got our account set up with available discounts and great new phones. He explained the bills would be a little higher at first until we got our old phones turned in (30 days) Jamie was also helpful for questions. Love this store

PLEASE BE WARNED!!!!
Unless you are looking to get ripped off. Do not go here for your phone service!!! It is outright Robbery. I don't know how they can get away with their prices alongside their tremendously terrible service. Not too mention the false representation on their website regarding their pricing. We were lied to at the store. We were quoted 1/3 the actual charges we ended up with on our bill. When we went in to try and straighten out the discrepancy. We were treated like we were incompetent. An obvious projection of the "manager's" own insecurities. If that weren't exacerbating enough, she couldn't help us with ANYTHING!!! She kept telling us we would have to call customer service. So after spending all her energy, that if it were a company who cared about the customers satisfaction, defending the charges on our bill which were not even close to what we were quoted, she passed the buck to the call center for "customer support." Which couldn't even be bothered to actually let up talk to a human. Instead we had to wait for a call back, The Following Day. Also after all this terrible experience and no one caring to try and maintain us as customers, we were told that if we wanted to cancel the whole deal and return the phones we financed through them, that not only would we have to pay a"restocking fee" but my husband would be out his trade in. Which was a Samsung Galaxy S10e. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!

I'll always come to the Att in Cheney. They are always on top of things when I come in for questions or need new phones. They give me quotes that I can understand and make sure I know what in paying for. Jamie and Sam never steer us wrong!

Very poor customer service. I’ve been with AT&T for almost 20 years. My daughter is in Cheney going to school. She has a 14 iPhone pro, I’m over 3 hour drive away. My daughter went in the Cheney store today before work due to the fact her phone was not connecting to internet. The associate looked at her phone shut it off and on, handed it back to my daughter and told her to call 611. Was told an internal issue and that she couldn’t help her. I called 611 spoke with an Alex, we conferenced with my daughter and was able to get her phone back online. I felt the associate could have done the same thing. I called the local store and spoke with the Cheney associate that spoke with my daughter. She told me they aren’t tech only sales. I felt it was handled wrong. Poor customer service.
