Very poor customer service. I’ve been with AT&T for almost 20 years. My daughter is in Cheney going to school. She has a 14 iPhone pro, I’m over 3 hour drive away. My daughter went in the Cheney store today before work due to the fact her phone was not connecting to internet. The associate looked at her phone shut it off and on, handed it back to my daughter and told her to call 611. Was told an internal issue and that she couldn’t help her. I called 611 spoke with an Alex, we conferenced with my daughter and was able to get her phone back online. I felt the associate could have done the same thing. I called the local store and spoke with the Cheney associate that spoke with my daughter. She told me they aren’t tech only sales. I felt it was handled wrong. Poor customer service.

Jamie and August are so polite, they are always welcoming and knowledgeable. They helped us save money and set up our phones!

I went into this location on 10/4 at 4:20 seeking some answers for some very basic phone questions. I am not a big iPhone user and my storage is full. I wanted to know what my next steps are so my phone continues backing up data. The person there told me, “I can’t help you. I have no idea. They only train us to sell phones, not to help customers with phone issues.” Who works at a phone place who doesn’t know anything about phones besides how to sell them? This is very disappointing and I now have little confidence in the employees at this location (at every location)? So lame.

Customer service was terrible, the salesperson did not explain the plan even when we ask. They told they us that they will break it down which did not happen. I think they were trying to get us off our grandfathered plan into a new one and did not want us to back out of the deal so they refuse to explain the plan until we sign. I was so disappointed by this experience that we plan to switch service after our contract.

The manager of store and her other employee greeted me in the middle of the store and asked if I had any questions, I told them I wanted to know about the iPhone 15 and Jamie got one ordered for me in under 30 minutes I was headed out the door very happy with my experience at this store. Jamie is always very helpful and very attentive to my requests as we went through this process.

I went in looking to upgrade and get some corresponding ear buds. Jaime worked with me. Initially the store website couldn't locate what I wanted or if it did, it couldn't be done in store. Jaime went out of her way to find what I wanted and called me personally to let me know she had found a way to make it work. I got exactly what I wanted and wasn't pushed to get something else.

if I could do negative stars I would, this store, some young woman working there has screwed us, ( my wife and I ) the last 2 times we have gone there, last time my wife went they changed my account without explaining how it would screw us, and today , my phone is broke went in to see about it , that was d**** i just filed claim on here, ( my PC ) well I got in store she was working with someone , that was fine , then in about 3 minutes she asked can I just come back some other time!!!! are you kiddin me !, I left and told her she dont want my business and evidently she didn't.

Went there three times and the young girl has I'm assuming because she has class of 2023 on her shirt said sue couldn't return my smart watch when customer service and the website said they could, we ended up mailing it back. I went in a few days later to buy headphones I was going to purchase in full and she told me she needed my art account anyways and needed my husband to buy anything, which is weird because again I was going to pay in full, when I told her about the watch she got snotty and rolled her eyes. The last time we went in was to make me a authorised user, she took my husbands I.D and asked for my name then told us yep you're a authorised user now… we went to the one in airway to buy something and asked the guy if I was authorized he told us no….whoever this girl is she is rude and needs to learn how to do her damn job or be fired because she is nothing but rude and lazy. The one Airway is 1000 times better.

Jamie and Evey are the best. I got TV service from them to watch march madness and it's been working amazing.

Tyson was very kind and was able to have an answer for every question I had. He was able to multitask when multiple people came in at once. The experience of adding a line and buying a phone for my daughter was quick and efficient. Thank you Tyson!

Every single time I come in it’s only one employee and there’s a wait. He’s great and usually pretty quick, when there’s not a line of people waiting to speak to him. I’ve even arrived to find it closed in the middle of the day due to the employee having to take a lunch break. Ridiculous business practice from a company like ATT. T Mobile across the street can keep their store staffed, why can’t you?

This is the best AT&T Store around, and Tyson is fantastic! This is the kind of customer service that you should find at AT&T, well, at any store really. He is kind, patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. He always makes sure that devices are working as they should and that everything you come in for is addressed. Thank you so much Tyson!! You're the reason that AT&T still has us as customers after 21 years (since Cingular)! :). I highly recommend this location!
