I love banking here! I have had positive experiences with Banner at all levels, online, via phone and several branches. The manager and staff at the Cheney branch have been especially helpful to me in my private and business banking. I recommend them frequently.

I began banking with Cheney Banner Bank, since 2021. My Banker, and Client Relationship Consultant since I began banking here, is and has always been Heidi Matson. She is always eager to help me with my needs, and greets me by name with a smile every time I come in. Whether it's account issues, card replacement, loans, or simple deposits, Heidi has always done an excellent job. I really appreciate her, and all she has helped me with over the last four years. Thank you Heidi, You Rock!!!

I gave banner bank a second chance when I got my inheritance money. I now regret that decision. They've made it impossible to use their app. and instead of fixing the problem they blame me. FU banner bank I'm moving my money elsewhere. DON'T BANK HERE THEY DON'T RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I love banking at Banner. The staff is very friendly, the coffee is fresh as it’s a Keurig! Chris, one of the tellers is always smiling and I love his little suckers I get when I go thru the drive-thru? They know me by name and are always attentive to my needs. It’s a very comfortable environment after their recent remodel.

The Cheney Banner Bank employees are extremely unprofessional! They need to relearn & practice general common courtesy. As well as relearning how to act like moral Human Beings. They mock their customers over the color of their skin (I smell a lawsuit!), their sexual orientation (I smell another lawsuit!), the amounts of money their customers deposit &/or withdraw. & I've had to put them in their place a few times over these serious issues. But they never stop with the verbal abuse!This is exactly why everyone should move over to & do their serious banking at S.T.C.U. instead. The Cheney S.T.C.U. is very professional! & I'm already in the process of moving all of my business over there. I hope everyone reading my post can learn from my mistakes dealing with the Cheney Banner Bank.

This is my branch but my review is directed at the bank itself, not the location. I've made every payment on time for 15 years and they declined a credit increase stating my debt to income ratio was too high. Absolutely horrible service.

They are absolutely wonderful here! Truly the best bank I've ever been to. The tellers are personable and nice EVERYTIME. We frequently come in for our small business for over 3 years now, and ive never met a rude teller! I dont give out 5 stars very often but these guys deserve it.? Great Job!
