I recently bought a German sports gun at BiMart (it would’ve been my second gun purchase from BiMart) I originally went to purchase a Ruger 10/22lr that was on sale unfortunately I was too late they were sold out of that particular gun. The sales person suggested the GSG also a .22, the clerk raved about how impressed he was with the brand I looked online there was only one dissatisfied customer, I thought what the hay, I bought it. I came back ten days after the purchase to get my new gun, when I got home took it out of the box something seemed off, the gun was cocked and stuck in the down position. I read the manual I got it uncooked began the maintenance process but again it got stuck and was impossible to make anything move so I brought it back to BiMart, they determined it to be flawed. They kept it to send back to the manufacturer well it’s been two weeks no response from the manufacturer, their buyer is supposed to be working on a solution but nothing yet and BiMarts stance is no returns no refunds on firearms. Which I can understand if it was my fault or I just changed my mind but it’s not nor had I brought it back just because, so I’m just supposed to eat the $275 spent on a crappy gun there’s no exception to the no refund rule? I’ve spent quite a bit of money at BiMart I’m usually very happy with my purchases but I’ll be damned if I have to just eat shit over this shitty gun that I was sold, but what else can I do to get my money back, I’ve even said I’d do an exchange and pay the difference for a working gun but so far they aren’t giving me any options. BiMart sells shitty non working guns and they don’t care about the buyer it’s all about that profit. I am so not happy, another negative experience in Spokane county, this place sucks! Buyer beware !!! This is not the American way why don’t I have the right to get a refund/exchange on a gun that doesn’t work and isn’t fixable?

This would have been a 5 experience, but a while back, Bimart had an ad for discounted Brita filters. Since they were not in stockI received a rain check. Well, I check in weekly to see if I can use my rain check, but each week , I am disappointed. The staff I have
encountered about this just shrug, although they are all nice about it.
So, cooperate needs to supply the company with the items listed on the sales. Otherwise, why even put up ads to attract customers?

Great place for ammo. Cheapest option for handgun ammo like 44 mag and 9mm than anywhere else in the county! Helpful staff at the firearms counter.

Great prices that were definitely worth the extra stop! I was quite surprised at the selection of hardware items available. Saved me another trip out to the hardware store that was closed by then!
