“I was absolutely blown away by the work performed on my 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan. My car was backed into by a construction truck with its lift gate down in mid-September 2024, shattering my back window and ripping a hole in my left rear side panel. The team at J&M gave me a quick estimate and went right to work ordering replacement parts and matching paint. While it did take about a month for my car to be repaired, the end result was well worth the wait! Great customer service and communication! They even dropped off my car to my home in Cheney to make sure I got it back before the weekend! I would absolutely trust J&M Collision with my vehicle again and again! Thank you!”

“Trusted a recommendation from my insurance to use them. Glad I did. Professional from being too end. They did great job fixing my truck, and keeping me informed all the way through. Made the whole process simple. Finished a day ahead of schedule. Highly recommended.”

“I left my badly damaged Kia soul in this shop to be repaired. I was told it would be a long waiting line and my car was in for less than 2 weeks. Kevin did an excellent job with repairing my car and it feels as good as new. I would recommend him highly. He's in a very small town and works very diligently to do a great job. Thank you Kevin!”

“I cannot begin to tell you how phenomenal Charlie and his team were. I had a serious breakdown on a critical load and these guys communicated so well (while setting realistic expectations), provided options and pretty much went above and beyond to save my ass. Long story short: the lost art of customer service is alive and well at Freightliner in Spokane.”

“high prices, average quality, the managers take more care of the customers, that is to say: they see someone who is indecisive when choosing and they chase us as if we were stealing, I am a Semi Truck driver and they see me dirty and they keep waiting for me to steal an item”

“Nice Stop! Great Service! Wish They'd Police the Parking Lot. Only Issue that I have there. Bobtail Trucks Parking wherever they want...Lots of Garbage blowing around. Overfilled Cans.”
