“I was absolutely blown away by the work performed on my 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan. My car was backed into by a construction truck with its lift gate down in mid-September 2024, shattering my back window and ripping a hole in my left rear side panel. The team at J&M gave me a quick estimate and went right to work ordering replacement parts and matching paint. While it did take about a month for my car to be repaired, the end result was well worth the wait! Great customer service and communication! They even dropped off my car to my home in Cheney to make sure I got it back before the weekend! I would absolutely trust J&M Collision with my vehicle again and again! Thank you!”
