Wonderful. I had to move my furniture and personal stuff into storage over the summer as I did an internship and everything was in the same state as it was before when I left it (which is really huge when it comes to mice.) I had a great time getting the storage unit lease. I highly recommend this company if you need to store your stuff over the summer or even longer.

I used an outside parking space for my trailer and ATV. I always felt my stored items were kept safe. But what impressed me the most about Cheney Self Storage was the customer service I received with every interaction. From coaching me to back my trailer into the space, to calling me to notify me my ATV weather cover was loose and blowing off my ATV, I felt extremely taken care of as a customer at Cheney Self Storage.

I disagree with the bad reviews about the good man who runs this storage facility. For me, this man has been exactly the type of person who I've been wanting to store my possessions with, because I know that he will watch them like a hawk! I personally found him to be friendly, but he does not have to be your friend. We discussed our pets and connected on that basis. Think of the people who run this facility as your security team. Hyper vigilance throughout the facility. The unit itself was clean. Moving in was smooth. Customer service was attentive and detailed via phone or email. Highly recommended if you value security.

Great Experience!! Great Communication and if I need storage in the future I would return without a thought!! I haven't had an experience at a storage unit that has been as nice as Cheney Self Storage.

We used cheney storage years ago and have never went back. The people that run it are rude and don't have a clue on how to run a storage unit. They also act like they own the whole block and if you stop across the street the man will watch you and record you when your just having ice cream with your family. The women seems okay but the man is creepy.

To be upfront I didn't end up renting a unit from here, only because they didn't have the storage space I was going to need. I can't remember the name of who I spoke to, but he was extremely kind and professional. He went out of his way it feels to make sure I could find someplace to keep my stuff. He is very knowledgeable about what he does and honest as well. Thank you!

I stored my bass boat here for close to 3 years and can honestly say that this is hands down the best storage facility in Cheney, the owner genuinely cares about his clients and takes great steps to ensure that the facility is secure and clean. If you have storage needs, big or small, this is the place to go!

Excellent customer service. They treat you as a human and not a transaction or just another number. I’ve been with them for a couple years and it’s been very understanding, smooth, and professional relationship. They try to take care of each customer, and they actually mean it. Don’t forget the price was smackin’ low!! I looked around and I think they took it by far for that category.If you guys read this, thank you so much!! You guys made my life like 10x easier as a college student. ??
