The shipping ladies are so great. I had a package that couldn’t be shipped with my printed code, and the company kept sending me the wrong code so I was going to have to drive my package into Spokane, but I can’t drive that far so Erica dropped my package off for me the next day in Spokane. I just got notification it had been properly returned. I believe that’s going above and beyond for someone and I would just like to say thank you Copy Junction!

Great experiences and service every time I'm here. I've had a particularly hard week and not quite enough to cover faxing important documents and a kind gentleman said that what I had was okay. Not going to lie, I cried a little. Kindness goes a very long way and the day/week I was having..it truly helped lift my spirits especially during the holidays. Thank you Copy Junction for your amazing employees, excellent service, and also I adore your cute holiday gift items!

Alicia was the absolute best. I was printing and gathering documents to apply for a visa and she made it the least stressful as possible. She stood by my side for over an hour and at the same time was taking care of other people efficiently. Everyone in the office seemed friendly and things were organized and clean. They even did my passport photos which I wasn't expecting. This place is the real deal, one stop shop for everything you need. Much different experience than your local post office or office. Thank you guys for everything!

I have been buying local honey, mailing packages, and purchasing other nice things from here since I moved here in August of 2015. Alicia, Kara, Rebekah, and Peter have been treating me very kindly for years. They are very helpful and know their jobs very well. I enjoy going there for more than just business. Friendly neighborhood spot featuring printing, scanning, copying, shipping, boxing, PO boxes and a little gift shop to boot. Service is wonderfully warm and genuinely helpful. Prices are highly reasonable. They've even got an assortment of Turnbull Wildlife Refuge gear including shirts, sweaters, cups and hats.

Nice friendly staff. No it only do they provide most or all office printing/copy needs, they are also a UPS and FedEx drop point.I like to come here to pickup local raw honey also.

Avoid this place.My S.O. and I went to go get a package here that both the UPS website and a handwritten driver's delivery slip said it would be. The man at the counter was rather rude and dismissive, after saying the the shop "didn't have it" and my S.O. began questioning why we got dual statements saying otherwise, the conversation ultimately ended with him barking "I don't care what your phone says" in an extremely condescending manner. Which was extremely offensive given the uniquely circumstantial and legitimate confusion.I think you guys just lost a couple customers going forward. And we'll be sure to let others know to steer clear as well. A kinder, and more socially acceptable approach to the conversation perhaps would have faired better. However. Like raising toddlers, we cannot allow gross, unprofessional behavior go unpunished lest it happens to someone else. We had already had a rough day before this event. What goes around comes around.

We can not recommend a place more than this . Super nice staff that took care of all of our needs in an incredible time frame. Prices great. If you are in a pinch this is the place to come!! Love their train track around inside as well. They have po boxes too if you need one!
