I was absolutely blown away by the work performed on my 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan. My car was backed into by a construction truck with its lift gate down in mid-September 2024, shattering my back window and ripping a hole in my left rear side panel. The team at J&M gave me a quick estimate and went right to work ordering replacement parts and matching paint. While it did take about a month for my car to be repaired, the end result was well worth the wait! Great customer service and communication! They even dropped off my car to my home in Cheney to make sure I got it back before the weekend! I would absolutely trust J&M Collision with my vehicle again and again! Thank you!

Shady crooks. Truck got dropped here by mistake, they didn’t call to verify or even try to contact the customer, let the truck sit for two weeks then when the customer found out his truck was there they charged $65/day storage before it could be taken to the correct shop. Their estimate was 3x the amount of the other shop. Greedy. Greedy. Greedy.

Brought my Jaguar here, luckily they worked on it for me, it can be hard to find places that will do any kind of work on European cars especially body work. They ended up getting stuck with a part they couldn't use or return but didn't charge me for it. Was able to get my repair done quickly and cheaply. If I need work again I would try here first but wouldn't be surprised or upset if they said no. It's Jaguar life ?

Got into a car accident and went here for help only to be given a price to fix that was so far off that any where in spokane would do better and the guy refused to look at it just tooled us no and good luck horrible experience stay away at all cost!

Some no good miscreant busted out my window. I found a replacement and called these fine people. They made time for me. Opened a spot and not only fixed my window (haven’t rolled it down yet, fingers crossed) but hear me out. I hadn’t had the chance to clean up the glass and was going to do it later..but I didn’t have to. Both of those wonderful humans went above and beyond. They fixed my window and cleaned up all of the broken glass that remained. It really put a smile on my face. Someone tried to take away my smile and they did their best to give it back.Mission accomplished. Thanks again to the both of you.

As pleasant as Jay is to work with he is unwilling to make his mistakes right. We took my Toyota 4Runner to his shop after a vehicle failed to navigate a turn in the snow and took out the driver's side of the vehicle. When we received the car back, the portion J & M repaired was the wrong color among other concerns. I have been kind and patient but I have only heard excuses from him. He stated he sent my entire fender out to a paint specialist to match. In total the driver’s side appears to be three different colors between the door handles (original color), quarter panel and the rocker panel. Not to mention the run down the driver’s door and the lack of clear coating on the fender jam.I am attaching pictures of the color they painted my car, leaving out the other issues. The final picture I am attaching is from the passenger side which had been painted by another shop the year prior and matches perfectly.He also billed my insurance company for multiple things including blending of the hood which you can clearly see was not done. He explained they did not blend it because of the color difference but still billed for it.This is a vehicle that I am completely restoring and could not be more disappointed. When the sun hits it I now have a partial gold vehicle.I genuinely like him as a person but his business practices and quality of work are severely lacking.UPDATE: Less than 10 months later the drivers door paint has a terrible crack in it. I cannot express how sad and disappointed I am in this $5000 repair. My advice, save the pain, drama and and aggravation and take your vehicle to Dave's Auto Repair.Services: Painting

They do not stand behind their work even when the pictures and vehicle speaks for themselves. I wish I could post my pictures on here. *** is nice enough to deal with until there is a problem. He even billed my insurance for work that was not completed, which he admitted to me and can be verified by looking at the vehicle and comparing it to his invoice. Needless to day I am disappointed and not a fan.

We took my Toyota 4Runner into J&M after someone failed to navigate a turn in the snow and wiped out the driver's side of my car. Jay stands behind this repair and stated he did a great job. He is unwilling to admit or accept responsibility for my vehicle now being two tone. When the sun is out my car appears to be goldish on the driver's side and is a silver metallic on the rest of the vehicle. He first stated that he removed my fender and sent it to a paint specialist to be matched. Later he stated that there were 8 options for my paint code for which, in my opinion, he clearly chose the wrong one. In addition to the run down the driver's door and lack clear coat on the fender jam he billed my insurance for things including the blending of the hood. You can clearly see from the pictures that no blending was done. I am attaching pictures of some of his work. The final picture is from the prior year when the passenger side was painted in Long Beach, WA and they matched the color perfectly. Jay was a pleasant man to work with until there was a problem. He failed to repair part of the damage and told me it was not from the accident but from me removing fender flares. However I still have the original receipt from the purchase of this vehicle from the factory and at no time has it ever had fender flares. Even his own invoice states this. At this point it is going to cost me thousands to fix his mistake. This has been extremely disappointing to say the very least.

My opinion is since 1995 Jay and I have done business, by miles J&M is best body shop in Spokane region. If you want your vehicle done correct then go to J&M. Jay takes no short cuts he recently repaired my 2015 Silverado. Jay is a honest good man, as is his wife.
