This is long overdue review. This location was so incredibly helpful when I had an unfortunate tire blown out during a visit to Central Washington. They were trying to be really creative to help us out given the time constraints we had. They made the best out of our situation and were able to get us tires as cheap as possible to get us back home to Seattle and then shipped our good tires to Seattle for $20.
To top it off, we needed to get back to Central Washington for our daughter’s competition and uber was taking too long. So they took us themselves to the school so we didn’t miss her competition.
We couldn’t be more grateful in their ability to make the best out of an unfortunate blown out tire mishap

The kind folks at Les Schwab went above and beyond to help me with a very unfortunate blown tire. They provided support to get my spare on, and even stay open an hour beyond their stated hours to help me get a new tire on. As it was Saturday, before a long holiday weekend, their support was vital and I cannot describe how supported I felt by them. Being very far from home and getting this support was everything. Thank you thank you thank you Zach and Noah!

They said they would fix the tire in an hour and a half, I arrived two hours later, they haven’t even started yet, the service is just terrible, I don’t recommend.👎🫣

Had the wife take my truck in their today to get my new tires put on. She was told that I brought used tires in and when I went to pick truck up the tire was flat. They are new im sorry I didn't buy them from you guys ordered them online and they are Brand new 1k worth of tires. Was told for a rate 125$ then I get their the dumb lady a front desk said I'm sorry 300. U already said a price and now it's different well grandma went in and got it free thank you. But the service sucks the guys are rude them young kids need more training. Manger was super nice and willing to help

My daughter recently started college in town and she's 18 years old. She was getting ready to come home over to Idaho for the weekend and said that she had a tire light on. I told her to stop by Les Schwab and just ask them if they would check her Tire pressure, to which they did tell her she was about 10 lbs low. She asked them if they could put air in it and they said it would be about 3 hours because there were people in line in front of her. I asked why when the guy checked the pressure he couldn't then just put air in it and send her on her way? I get it if they think there's a problem with the tire but maybe since it wasn't pouring out that one was simply just low? Obviously if it was low again the next day then we would know it would need to be worked on but she said she felt like the woman at the counter talked down to her and made her feel stupid. And now she has called me all upset and doesn't know what to do and I told her to pull over and look for another tire shop in town. You could have made a good impression on an 18 year old girl but I don't think she likes your company anymore. So she stopped at some tire place I didn't get the name of it but this man came out and looked at her tires and checked all the pressure and topped off all her tires to make sure they were all correct and when doing that he showed her how to check her own tire pressure and how to add air to the tires he walked her through everything....and he said that Les Schwab is always doing stupid stuff! That's how you gain a customer of a young adult who is just getting out in the world

I would like to give Rick at the Cheney store a big thank you I got new tires and wheels for my rav4 Rick showed me different options for my car and was very helpful he gave me a estimate on all the different options it was really nice that he took the time that was needed for me to get what I wanted thank you again

Extremely good customer service. I went there to get air in my tires a few days ago, and I didn't even have to leave my car with the service crew filling up my tires so I could keep driving on. Next thing I knew, my tire monitor system went on again, and I came back and was told I had a small object lodged in the tire, and they fixed it for me. In addition, they also did a safety check for me. When I tell you they did an outstanding job, I definitely know where to go for future services. Thank you!

had a hole in the tire which led to a flat they repaired the tire and filled it and put the spare back free of charge shout out to the taller gentleman that worked there real good guy
