Rude customer service over the phone. I was just asking when my prescription would be available for pick up. She got an attitude and hung up before I could even finish talking. Very impolite.

Lots of interesting stuff in the gift shop. I love the sheer variety of things on offer. I appreciate the office and craft supplies too: They've come in handy in a pinch when I don't want to drive elsewhere for that! Staff have always been very nice.

Owls Pharmacy's customer service has gone downhill. I spoke to a pharmacist yesterday about a prescription that I have been waiting for almost a week for. I was told they never received the request. I called my doctors office and was told they sent the information days ago and would resend it. Today I called Owls to see if my prescription was ready and was now told that told my insurance would not cover my prescription and they told the doctors office this on multiple occasions. Not what I was told yesterday. I tried explaining that to the pharmacist I was talking to and kept getting told it was an insurance issue. Even though I told her it was not what I was told yesterday and could she understand my frustration. She hung up on me. I walked down for the pharmacy and was told I was being belligerent on the phone and they had a right to hang up. Not once did i raise my voice or was to be told by the pharmacist I was out of line. I work in customer service and I know that this is not how you keep customers. It's amazing how far empathy can go. A simply I'm sorry there was a misunderstanding would have gone a long way. I am pulling my families prescriptions as soon as I can find a new pharmacy. They are only getting 1 star because I had to give them something.

In wanting to support local businesses, I changed to Owl Pharmacy when my previous pharmacy was bought out. I have found that the pharmacists at Owl in Cheney are impersonal, abrupt, and very prickly, especially the owner of the pharmacy. I am switching to another pharmacy where I feel supported and where they take my health more serious.

Says they are open for today 1/1/22 but no one answers the numbers on their website. Kind of cruddy because I live in the country and can’t just stick by and ask them a question.
