Poor experience when working with the STCU Lending Center, was told I could get an increased debt consolidation loan back in November 2022 and was told they could increase my loan amount to cover the remaining debt I had after 6 months of on time payments. When working with the lending center they were impolite over the phone, and received an email about my decision. I’m not upset about the decision, but the lack of a phone call back offering alternatives or suggestions on how to get approved in the future were not offered. I had made my decision to get my loan originally through the Cheney branch based on the ability to increase my loan. I have 7+ years of on time payments, nearly 700 credit score, and I’ve been working for over 8 years with reliable income. Instead of STCU being able to make money on the interest of my current loan, my original bank before I moved to Washington has been significantly more helpful in not only advise for my financial well-being but also being polite and professional.

My card got stolen by your ATM.the number on the website ends up the same for the whole county makes it useless.. Someone higher up, gave me a call because I had issues getting contact with the location because the person did not know how to transfer me wasting two hours on the phone to find out that I cannot get my card back because they destroy it. The higher up grinch that spoke to me. Told me that I’m wasting their time and she’s not going to do anything. She wouldn’t even give me a her boss or her management or get somebody to listen to the phone calls. Poor quality bank. Oh yea I do not bank with stcu and did not have to join to find out how bad they are

Always knowledgeable and thorough. The banker was especially kind, even though I was both tired and stressed.

I felt very taken care of by the mortgage folks at STCU. They pointed me in good directions for all the different things I needed to do as part of buy our new house, and I feel like I must have asked way too many questions but they never made me feel like I was.

I learned about STCU after financing my wife's car thru them a few years ago. What an amazing credit union we were introduced to! I only go into the branch about once a month... yet they know me by name... that's impressive... this is the most personable bank I have ever worked with. Now a few years later, we have both cars financed here, a few credit cards, and a savings account. Although we still do our primary banking at a national bank, I predict this to be changing very soon, exclusively to STCU!

I love STCU and this branch in particular is great! The teller was very knowledgeable, helpful, and could answer all the questions I had without a banker. The service here at this branch is very prompt and friendly and I got in and did my business within a couple minutes. There are no monthly maintenance fees , great interest rates on savings, and plenty of other great things about this credit union in general! I used to work at a big national bank and I'm so thankful I have this credit union for the place I bank at because there are big differences!

Keep working on making online banking a littler bit more friendly for joint account holders. Other than that no complaint so far!

Very friendly, prompt and courteous! They also care about the "small business owner" who might need assistance from time-to-time. If you are fed up with the Corperate banks and endless fees I recommend stopping in at a friendly STCU office soon.

As I was making a withdrawal, Ryyan noticed that my savings could be getting better interest. Now I get 5% interest on the first $500 in savings! Thanks, Ryyan!
