This is by far the most useless post office I’ve ever been to.
The place IS neat and clean so kudos for that but if you don’t have your mail or package ready for them to just receive it and start their process you might as well go home and start over. Or go to UPS store or some place like that. This PO will not print you a shipping label. They will not let you use their tape to attach YOUR shipping label to your package and they will reluctantly let you use their pen for YOU to address your own package. BUT, they will gladly take tape donations! Seriously?!
If they can’t do anything to help a customer they might as well just shut that place down and make it a drop box. Drop boxes don’t need a staff to run them and this PO has a staff that don’t help so what’s the difference.

I understand that work can be stressful and overwhelming, but I am not an idiot and I don’t appreciate being treated like one. The lady helping me was rude, impatient, and unprofessional. I would’ve rather driven to Spokane.

I have over 13 complaints with this office since 2017. Many lost packages. Many packages delivered to the wrong address. I went in yesterday due to another package delivery issue. The female manager was extremely rude. This package was supposed to be at the office. It wasn't. She told me she would call me and bring the package to me. She never did. It cost us 200 to cancel an appointment we had scheduled that day. We did not have the product we needed. We had it set up in the post office that all packages would stay at the office. Yet the package was on the truck. There is signage all over the place stating to not deliver packages to my address. I asked for a po box and for the to pay for it because this issue keeps happening. The manager was extremely rude. Now they wont deliver any of my mail. I have witnesses and phone numbers of people who saw the situation. I spoke to Corporate headquarters in Washington DC and the corporate headquarters for consumer affairs in seattle this morning. Filed 2 reports including the manager from yesterday. The front office daph is very aware of the situation and they have always been kind. They have always apologized because they know of all of the complaints. And that it is the deliveryman's issue. Now, the manager is involved, and she is extremely rude. I have never had any issues with the post office. Yesterday I was fed up, and I went off on her a little bit. As anybody would, if they have been doing nothing but filing complaints since 2017. I have lost temperature, sensitive medication that has cost me 500 dollars. I have lost christmas presents and jewelry. I have had to drive to Neighbors homes to get our packages. I had every right to be upset. Now the manager stopped all of our mail. This is not ok. I've never had issues with a post office before. Very sad that management could not have empathy or apologize for yet another issue.

They really don't do their JOB at all , they only want it to get paid , my mail got return to the post office it showed on my tracking but when i went there and ask they say so many non sense words and it happed twice , while i was complaining about mines the other customer did too 🤦🏽♀️Worst service ever 👎👎👎👎

I have had over six incidences of my parcels being left in a locker and the key being given to THE WRONG RECIPIENT. It’s so awesome when your package gets delivered and you go to your mailbox only to see no key, but someone else’s key already in the locker with your package in it. Anyone at any time could walk up and take it. Please try to pay attention when delivering packages.

Direct phone number will blast a load beep. Does not work. No way to speak with a representative as the general phone takes you through a stupid automatic systems. Lame. My package was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago, especially with paying for 2 day shipping. Stupid. I need to speak with someone ASAP!

Delivered my mail to the wrong mailbox for the 4th time in a month. This is ridiculous! Is it really that hard? You have one job and it seems to be rocket science to you guys. Figure it out!

The wait time at the window is rediculious and if they are doing any passports good luck you can stand there over 30 minutes or longer and the clerks have no customer service usually rude or have a I dont care attitude.Had a small envelope delivered that they opened at the post office and retaped shut and charged me postagedue on it since when is it ok to open someones stuff.

Cheney USPS is fantastic! From super friendly service for little things like sending packages and buying stamps. But, best of all is their attitude and commitment when I’ve shipped my books via media mail, which I’ve done 3xs now. One time, my books were sent back to the Cheney post office by mistake (not theirs) and they made sure to coordinate with my family to make sure I got my books. This time, they were super friendly (despite the boxes being heavy and honestly a little bit of a pain) and made sure I got the best price for shipping! I appreciate this little post office so much! Thank you and keep up the good work! ?

Our postal worker is incredibly rude, forced us to provide a list of "all current residents and their information" and will straight up refuse to deliver our mail if it doesn't have EXACTLY the right name on it.

I see all the poor reviews here and all I can say is that my personal experience is quite the opposite. Michael Ray and Kelly went above and beyond on more that once instance to be sure my lost package made it to me. The package did not have the correct address and they actually went and knocked on the door of that home to retrieve it. I had several calls to update me on their progress and I was honestly blown away! A small town feel for sure. We are new to the area so this was such a nice surprise.
Michael Ray said to call back in the future if any other issues pop up with mail delivery. 5 stars it is! Thank you Michael Ray and Kelly!
