Excellent customer service. The cashier helped me find water softeners, 3 heavy bags at 40 lbs. Each, she lifted them for me into the cart, and then to my vehicle. So awesome! Thank you

Pretty decent, the people are generally pretty friendly the bathroom is in kinda a weird spot behind the deli but it's chill once you know where it is 😂

Never enough cashiers and the line between 5 and 7 PM goes half way back the length of the store. One lane open and a self checkout best case scenario. I will stop at Yokes in Deer Park on my way home from now on. This is ridiculous the manager won’t bring on a second or third cashier. They take advantage of the people in the surrounding area because they don’t have a choice unless they want to drive to the next town. This store sucks!

Well I will say this is not where I go to save money, to me it's just a quick convient stop between Colville where I work @ the hospital, and Deer Park. Don't like the attitude most the staff there have, & the prices are just as high as any other Safeway. Only higher. But they are convenient & the only grocery store in town. Of course there's a new dollar store in Chewella!! And this is where I save money on snacks!!

100+ degrees and Michael brings my groceries out for pickup with a cheerful attitude and a complimentary bottle of water.
That’s the kind of service I aim to provide in my business and I’m very appreciative when I find it elsewhere.
BONUS: He knew right where the Reese’s was that my wife had gotten me as a treat after a long day of work so he handed that to me then efficiently got everything else in the trunk.
