“I was about 20 minutes from Clallam Bay on a family pilgrimage from Portland, and had a check engine light, and was worried about driving my car. I called Cain's just at closing, and were all going home. I told them that I was worried about a check engine light, and they waited for me and stayed late. They diagnosed my car, and informed me that it was a minor sensor issue, and that my car was safe to drive and that I could get the issue resolved when I got back to Portland Oregon, all at no charge. These guys are very friendly and know what they are doing. Although they are a NAPA location, they have an awesome marine business, and a great store with a lot of inventory, and even fishing tackle. Thank you Cain's for staying late for me, and giving me peace of mind to drive my car.”
