“Today Albertsons went above and beyond to help my sick family . I was trying the instacart app and to my demise it wouldn’t accept my children’s PET EBT cards they got for school . So I called and asked for management, I got Ann on the line , explained me and my kids have delta variant and need some essential hydration supplies . She went ahead and asked her boss if she could help us , and she did just that. My poor boys are so sick they can’t hardly keep anything down, and now we’ve got some serious reinforcements thanks to Ann making sure we’ve got what we need to get by a couple more days with this nasty virus .
