Customer service with these guys is top tier! Whenever we have questions they’re there to help. They’re machines are also the best around. We have two and they’ve lasted years.

We purchased our 8600 machine 5 years ago. It has had absolutely zero issues and we use it everyday. The team at Hotwire Direct always answers the phone and helps when needed. Just the best customer support. Very happy we chose to work with them.
