Kyle H helped us through the process of upgrading our phones, adding home internet (Which I will say has been awesome so far, money saving compared to the ridiculous price we were paying Sparklight, and speed is equally fast if not better), and adding a watch. Kyle was incredibly helpful, personable, and professional and made the process of this smooth and easy. He was also great with follow up after with making sure we got the promotions properly applied to our phones which I really appreciated. Have been a long time Verizon client and will continue to be after this experience. Definitely recommend this location and Kyle if you're needing to upgrade or switch from another carrier. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“When I first tried to bring Sparklight service into our new house, I was informed that there was no cable on my street, and they would send the plow crew to put some in. I had to go with a wireless ISP. To my surprise, a tech knocked on my door to inform me the cable was in place and I could resubmit my order. Then they found there was no drop to the house, so they referred me to the drop crew. Very shortly after that , they were there to trench it in. Everyone was polite and efficient. It turned out to be half the cost and twice the speed of my wireless service. All around a good experience and superb outcome.”
“Kayleigh was the name of the Awesome customer service rep. That totally was patient and conscientious to me. I am elderly and switched phone companies from Inland cellular to Verizon. I am not techy savvy and have my IPhone totally locked out because of wrong passwords not even able to get emails or connect my Apple Watch to the new phone.
Kayleigh was great explaining why the passwords locked and what needs to happen to restore then within 24 hrs.
