Since 1895, Chastain’s Incorporated has grown from a small single location pharmacy in downtown Lewiston, Idaho to one home medical and three pharmacy locations in the Lewis-Clark valley. We are a closely held, family owned business that continues to adapt to the competitive marketplace. The Owl Tri-State Pharmacy located at 1275 Highland Ave in Clarkston, Washington has been in operation since 1994. We are a community pharmacy located in the Highland Medical Park which includes a community hospital and physician office buildings. We offer enhanced services such as Prescription Compounding, Dispill weekly medpacks, Medication Therapy Management and MedSync. Immunization services will be offered in 2020 .
