P1FCU is a member-owned, not-for-profit financial cooperative. We have grown to now serve members in 19 counties in Idaho, 8 counties in Oregon and the entire state of Washington. We were organized by a group of individuals with the desire to make lending more readily available for employees of Potlatch Forests, Inc. Over 80 years later we are staying true to our organizational values while servicing members in a tri-state region.

Your AI phone system is exasperating. It makes my banking more difficult instead of easier. I need a direct line to a human representative. I see new banks being built and new branches being developed what i want to see is dedicated humans answering the phones

The only thing I don't like about this bank is you dont get an atm card for savings accounts. Otherwise we have never had any issues. The tellers are very nice. I also noticed they have a machine to cash in all your change with no fee.
