“Thank you for going above and beyond all expectations! Our (young) adult son reached out to us with some concern with a tire on his car. He came over, dad looked at it and sure enough it was not in good shape. Hubby handed over the Perfection Tire credit card and told him to go up to Perfection and see what they had. Our son ran up there and inquired and without hesitation they popped a new (used) tired on his car and sent him on his way. Much to his surprise they did not charge him for the tire. As parents of a young adult that is trying his hardest to “make it” in our difficult world it is so heart warming to have a company take care of our kids. “I've always had excellent service with Point S in Lewiston Idaho. Jeff and his crew makes sure that what I request gets done. Ive had my snow tires removed and there was a problem with my tire sensor blinking, brought it in a week later and was able to get it reset. I just has an oil change and my tires switched again because the tire sensor light was flashing again so now its gone so im pleased with every service. Thank you again!”
“Cody and the rest of the crew really treated me good ! My tires were probably one of the worst sets they've seen! To the point it was embarrassing with 37"mudders that looked like they came off a drag car !! But they were true to there word ! And made me the best deal in the valley they will be my go to tire shop they kept true to there word and made sure everything was spot on I suggest this group I had a great experience that ks again fellas !!”

“Les Schwab did a good job taking care of my truck’s brakes and some front end work. Their prices ended up being quite a bit more than what I was quoted. I challenged it but was told that the technician ran into problems and it took longer than normal. I didn’t have any luck talking about it so while they did a good job, I can’t say I recommend them for their pricing. A local shop may have been a better option as the quoted prices were similar and satisfaction guaranteed at the other shops too.”
