They went above and beyond to help upgrade a system and find contractors. For a construction site, they did an excellent job with a porta potty over a year and later inspected a new septic system at no charge. They are very responsive, fit customers in almost immediately, and get the job done with a bit of humor. Highly recommended.

I put off pumping my septic tank till late fall, but finally gave Prettyman's a call. They came same day and did a great job. Bob was very helpful, offered suggestions, and gave me the rundown on my tank and how to maintain my system. They were polite, cleaned up everything, and were very professional. Highly recommend

My Prettyman not only was efficient in emptying our septic, he helped us get our system upgraded and fixed! We didn’t know which direction to go but he helped us find contractors for each stage. He went above and beyond!
