“I stayed here the night before and the night after a long day hike in the Cascades. The hotel is in a really convenient location, both for recreation in the area and its proximity to I-90.

My room was a lot bigger and nicer than I was expecting and I had plenty of space to prepare everything I needed for my hike. The room was clean and all the room amenities worked well. The water pressure in the shower was great! I also appreciated that the tiny freezer compartment in the mini fridge kept my water and Gatorade frozen, especially since I was hiking during a heat wave and rely on starting out with frozen drinks in order to stay cool throughout the hike.

The hotel was quiet overall, and it seems the doors are designed to close slowly instead of slamming shut which makes a big difference in reducing noise. I left for my hike early in the morning (shortly after 3am) and felt safe going out to my car because the parking lot and outdoor areas had good lighting.

The next time I'm in the area I'll definitely stay here again. It's a really nice hotel with a lot of care put into the property.”

“This is a pretty old place with a bit of a musty odor to it. But it's very clean, and the proprietor is super friendly. You may have to wait a bit to get the hot water.”

“Cute and quaint hotel in Cle elum! The room was a very nice size, spacipus in every area, even the bathroom. The only thing negative i cpuld say, is they need to change out the shower curtain..any sign of mold n mildew freaks me out and i personally keep my home scrubbed down so mone of that is ever around, and i expect the same at my stays in hotels!”

“We received a Military discount when booked through the hotel rather than a 3rd party. We stayed for one night. The rooms were basic, clean and comfortable. The Lodge is pet friendly with a fenced area to being your dog to relieve themselves. Pet owners are expected to clean up after their pet. The price was reasonable. It was quiet and we were undisturbed through the night.”
