“Cute and quaint hotel in Cle elum! The room was a very nice size, spacipus in every area, even the bathroom. The only thing negative i cpuld say, is they need to change out the shower curtain..any sign of mold n mildew freaks me out and i personally keep my home scrubbed down so mone of that is ever around, and i expect the same at my stays in hotels!”

“We received a Military discount when booked through the hotel rather than a 3rd party. We stayed for one night. The rooms were basic, clean and comfortable. The Lodge is pet friendly with a fenced area to being your dog to relieve themselves. Pet owners are expected to clean up after their pet. The price was reasonable. It was quiet and we were undisturbed through the night.”

“We have stayed in many Best Western Hotels Across the US! Snow Cap Lodge Cle Elum is by far the best! Service is top notch, they go the extra mile with little touches down to a fun bow on our TP! They give it a 5 star touch! Staff makes us feel like family! Manager Lisa Cook and her staff are the best we have ever experienced!! Property, rooms ect are impeccably maintained! The breakfast is down home huge and yummy! Fresh berries! This is our new home away from home! Tim and Julie (Montgomery) Roseberg”
