This place is so well managed and clean. I hesitantly opened up our unit after many months away - expecting the worst - and nothing but a few dust bunnies by the door. Tami the Manager is fantastic. You don’t find people like her very often. Best and consistent customer service experience!

5 stars to Tammy! We were in a bind to get moving boxes this Saturday, expecting the Uhaul place to be open til 1pm. However, Uhaul is only available by appointment according to the sign on their door. We tried to contact them, leaving a voice mail, but our call was not returned.
We thought we might find a storage place selling boxes, so tried calling Hwy 970 storage. Tammy answered promptly, but said they do not sell moving boxes. She suggested Uhaul. When I explained they are now closed on Saturday, she suggested chew 'n butter, then offered some boxes she had at her home. We arranged to pick up her boxes, and had them in 30 minutes!
Tammy was so helpful! We are so thankful! Customer Service beyond the call of duty, for sure!

We have been renting storage units from Highway 970 Self Storage for several years. The storage yard and units are well maintained and clean and the manager is great to work with. We would highly recommend.

We utilized Highway 970 Self Storage in Cle Elum while we were building our home and it was an exceptional experience. All transactions were smooth and easy. We could not have asked for more from a storage facility.

Storage facility was perfect for us the last year to house belongings as we transitioned with our mother to a larger home. It is clean, convenient, secure, and Tammy is incredibly responsive! If you need storage space for your treasures- this is the place to go!

We relocated to Cle Elum and needed storage for a few years. The facility is clean, easy access and staff is very responsive. I hated to give up the unit as they don't come up available often.
