“This is a long review however very important for those that believe Customer Service is still important. Christmas Eve we had our go internet down. I looked at Symplified web site and there conductivity signal showed “Green” I contacted there after hours contact page at 7:20pm and sent an email alerting them of our issue. I was surprised that within 5 minutes Leah with Gigabeam (Symplified wireless new owner) wrote me back and said they are working on the issue. Leah then sent me another email saying they believe they have solved the issue and asked if it was working at my location. It was and I thanked her for the prompt responds.
