We had our 2000 Subaru Outback serviced here after it overheated on us on the way up through the pass in gridlock traffic for a couple hours. They were super helpful and got straight to the issue. Very knowledgeable and it’s nice getting an explanation of how things broke and what was needed exactly for the fix. I’d highly recommend going here for any work! Thanks again for getting us back on the road!

Brandon and his crew are amazing. I have a Land Rover and it’s so nice to not have to take my car to the dealer to be serviced. Not only is the service top notch the bill doesn’t break the bank! I highly recommend Rally Tune for your foreign car service.

Awesome mechanic. My car had a service needed and they were able to complete all the suggested maintenance. The bill came in substantially LOWER than the estimate. I have not had that happen before. You dread the call because you know they found something else. Not these guys. Totally honest and if ever they do call because they found something else - I would totally trust that they are saving me money down the road. There was a problem with the drivers seat - mmm lets say what was sitting in the drivers seat. Who has user error with car - only me I think, but they were super cool and didn't make me feel like an idiot. My husband and I laughed it off and I am so glad they were equally good humored and didn't make me feel stupid. So glad to have a trustworthy, honest, reliable shop in town that does high quality work. These guys are amazing.

Brennan was very open and communicative about what needed to be done on my VW Vanagon. Appreciate all the help and repairs they did in such a timely manner. Wouldn’t want to need their skills again, but if I did, I wouldn’t hesitate to go to them.

Brendon is amazing! I was on my way from Tacoma to Yakima when I noticed my car started overheating. I pulled into the first auto shop I could find and I am so lucky this is the shop I found. He fixed my car that evening so I could reach my destination safely. He even stayed after closing to finish working on my car. He gave a fair price and explained in detail all of the work he did and what was wrong with my vehicle. He went above and beyond and even informed me of any maintenance repairs I will need in the future. If I lived in Cle Elum, this would be the only auto shop I would go to.

Please check your records. One year ago you replaced rear brake pads on my 2015 Highlander and the labor was $195. This year to do the same job the labor was $300. Why the significant cost in labor?
