They seem to have internet outages all the time and frequently so until they fix that one star.

This is a long review however very important for those that believe Customer Service is still important. Christmas Eve we had our go internet down. I looked at Symplified web site and there conductivity signal showed “Green” I contacted there after hours contact page at 7:20pm and sent an email alerting them of our issue. I was surprised that within 5 minutes Leah with Gigabeam (Symplified wireless new owner) wrote me back and said they are working on the issue. Leah then sent me another email saying they believe they have solved the issue and asked if it was working at my location. It was and I thanked her for the prompt responds. The price is great and the service is excellent.Kyle C, Cle Elum

Lots of buffering, Very slow connection. I even upgraded with same problems.

My internet is slow, even when I upgraded its still slow, but off course that's when it's running. It's down a good portion of the time and very difficult to work at home with. Sadly I am limited who I can choose and I like supporting the local business but this is brutal.i am giving it two stars because their local

Very inconsistent speeds and they don’t seem to care. I’m paying $130/mo for 12/4.5 (yes, 12 Mbps down and 4.5 Mbps up) but it commonly drops to 1/0. It seems as though they consider themselves safe from competition due to their being the only option for many people.On a positive note, their tech support guys are very through in their research of issues.

Service is not great always buffering so I upped my plan and it’s worse. They seem nice to help us every time my wife calls but my brother is an IT guy and had cane and done a service check for us and he said they sold us the cheapest router and we are not getting what we are paying for. So be careful!! The up front fee was $300 mostly for the labor which it took them 30 min. They have changed my router and gave me another $17 dollar router I found on amazon. I have no choice but to use them cause the community I’m in. As soon as the Another company opens that can service us im changing. They have tons of outages too.
