I pulled My 2000 super duty 4r100 and brought it in for a rebuild stage 2 after installing it back in the truck it wasn't working correctly. This transmission relies heavily on electronic input They worked with me Intent on finding the solution.
I replaced sensors which greatly improved But I still had intermediate issues. I turned my truck over to them So they could troubleshoot it. They discovered the main wire harness to the transmission was causing the issues They called me to pick up the truck and never charged me for the time they put into it. Greatly appreciated and my truck is doing great.
