It’s deeply disappointing to see an out-of-state management company insert itself into our community with no regard for the people who actually live here. These kinds of business practices—disconnected, profit-driven, and indifferent to local needs—are exactly what damage the fabric of small towns.
Your presence is not welcome. We don’t need absentee landlords or corporate oversight from Utah telling us how to live in our own neighborhood. Our community thrives on relationships, trust, and accountability—not cold transactions.
We strongly encourage you to reconsider your involvement here. This is more than just a portfolio to manage—it’s people’s homes, lives, and livelihoods.

“offering superior customer care”
That comment was copied from your Clinton Storage page. It’s truly a false statement and can be fact checked by ANY of the other tenants in the mall.
This is from a local community page interviewing the owner of the Ken’s Korner Pet shop, a 501 (c) 3 Animal rescue.
“The owner, (of pet shop/rescue) heartbroken and very upset, said that they (fish in the fish room) had frozen to death in the winter temperatures. Apparently, she has been contacting (Ken’s Korner) property management for two years to fix a broken heating system, to no avail.”
Let’s not forget the double rents and triple net fees forcing the local Charity Shop and several other businesses to close and/or to move.
Ken’s Korner is the Heartbeat of the community for locals to meet and catch up, shop, and support the different businesses from hardware to physical therapy.
So, “Superior Customer Care” is a pipe dream, or bold-faced lie and the property managers are our biggest nightmare. No Heart, no compassion, just need to increase the bottom line for investors, bedamned the people they are hurting.

This is a great place to store your belongings. We had Grandma move in with us and needed a place to store the furniture we had in her room. Staff is always ready to assist in super helpful!!

this is not a local company these are not local people it is owned and operated by, the security pad never works and the manager messed up the code and refused me access multiple time support local good company's not these guys

Very nice storage facility! Climate controlled, so my stuff stays clean and dry. Be sure to tell the manager Jose that you saw the 10% internet discount!
