I hope today is an isolated incident. I asked for tpms calibration and tire rotation. Was told I needed over 2k in repairs and they left a lug on my passengers seat saying they weren’t comfortable re-installing (which I installed in the parking lot), nor did they rotate my other tires. Wasted time and overall it was just shady. Won’t be coming back.

Long time Les Schwab customer. Will never go to this location again. Do not recommend. Brought car in to have tires rotated and brakes checked. Told them I was feeling and starting to hear the brakes. They rotated tires and looked at all brakes/rotors. Called me and sent email with info to let me know brakes were fine and car was ready. I insisted they look again and take the car for test drive as I knew the brakes were not fine. They said they did and they again, were fine, “brand new almost”. A week later took another day off work to take to a different location as they were louder and starting to grind terribly. They immediately let me know I was metal to metal on my back brakes and they were completely astonished that it was missed in the previous visit at their other location. They could see the notes from previous appt and had no idea how this could be missed. HUGE RED FLAG!! I am very disappointed and will never trust this location again. This could have caused an accident, even more damage to my car, etc. if I had not made the time to travel to another location and have them looked at again.

Don’t bother.. spent over 12 hours here between 2 appointments to leave disappointed both times. First time was 7 hours for an alignment that wasn’t done right.. found out from the Honda Dealer in Burlington what I needed to fix the issue and of course they couldn’t install what I needed because it was aftermarket so I ended up back at Les Schwab. I asked for adjustable toe arms, an alignment and tires and after 5+ hours got sent home with nothing but tires because none of their techs could get a bolt loose. Now I am stuck with a $1,000+ set of tires that’ll wear unevenly until I can find another shop who can actually get the job done. Avoid these guys if you value your time or if you actually want the job done right.

These guys were awesome! I had just come off of a 24-hr shift and had a 2-hr drive in front of me when my tire appeared to have a slow leak in it. They worked me in quickly, removed a nail, and repaired my tire. The kind and friendly technician (I am not sure of his title) Gary told me that the repair was complimentary. I certainly wasn't anticipating such a smooth and professional experience. I highly recommend them, and I will definitely purchase my tires from them when I am ready to replace mine.

Did not tighten my wheels on all the way lost a lug nut and whole wheel was loose. Extremely dangerous and unprofessional.

Outstanding experience recently with Les Schwab in Clinton. Easy to book appointment online. My paperwork was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. My car went into the shop immediately! Thirty minutes later, my oil change was complete, fluids checked as well as tires, battery and hoses. Cameron provided a superior level of customer service. My new go- to place for car care. Highly recommend!!!

Answered all my questions on 3 tire designs, provided pricing, detailed all the features in less than 6 minutes in a professional and courteous phone conversation. I made an appointment that day for 4 new tires. Thank you Gary !

These guys are great. For a corporate store they sure are nice and helpful. ( Even if they can't help, they are very helpful)
Just an update to say thanks as our tire purchase finished. Have to say that the team of Issac, Carter and Yama, led by Bob and Gary made the experience incredibly smooth and as quoted. BTW you guys these tires created a smooth, quiet ride as promised. Thanks again to all. Great folks at Les Schwab Clinton.

The people at this Les Schwab were a godsend this week when we picked up a nail in the tire of our rental car. We got there 10 minutes before closing and they treated us like we were family. Stayed late and got us on our way. Not sure what we would have done without their help. Thank you!!
