Called to get help with blue screen error after installing a WiFi card in my home computer went sideways. I got a call back shortly thereafter and excellent phone support resolved my issue quickly and efficiently without having to bring my computer in to the shop. I really appreciated that since this occurred during quarantine.

yikes. this place is terrible. incredibly disorganized, very unresponsive. they kept my laptop for three weeks while i could not get in touch with them. i was eventually able to get it back, unfixed, and they tried to charge $75 dollars for not fixing the problem, instead telling me to go orders drive off amazon and do it myself also there is a large number of dead vehicles outside and pretty shady looking people living in the building. this place looks more like a drug house than a place of business

What a mess. What a joke! I am astounded by the lack of customer service, professionalism and common courtesy I encountered in my experience here. I was quoted a two-day turnaround for a repair to my computer and ONE MONTH LATER, not even a phone call back. The posted hours are completely unreliable and the quality of work, subpar. I left countless messages to try to retrieve my computer, and when I finally chased the owner down, he just shrugged his shoulders and said he had been out. Wow. I would love to support and to recommend more Island businesses, but Lincoln Computers is a disaster. I would never recommend it to anyone, and after one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have had, I won't ever return.

I'm surprised there isn't a long list of remarks here with loads of 5-star reviews. I ran into a simple OS issue with my parent's machine that I've remedied on all previous machines I've worked on before -- could not fix this one (first time I've dealt w/ an ailing Vista machine, and no Vista itself was not the problem I went into Lincoln about). Upon asking the owner to help point me in the right direction, he took a look at the machine himself and fixed it on the spot -- and wouldn't take pay for the help. Old fashioned service -- THANK YOU!!! I have found my new favorite shop for soft & hardware supply, and when I can't fix it ... service.

Steve came over today to hook up my printers. He was efficient and friendly. He was running a little late and someone from Lincoln Computers called to let me know...something I really appreciated! Highly recommend.
