Tyler saved my butt today and was awesome! I got a flat tire, and after passing on Honda Roadside's infuriating and expensive service, I found Simmons on Google Maps. Tyler came out immediately, in about 30 minutes, and was great—not just to interact with, but he went above and beyond by walking me through how to change the tire with my own tools, giving me a discount since he was so close, and checking and filling the pressure in the rest of my tires. Cannot recommend enough!! Thank god there are still people like this in the world.

Today, my truck broke down on the road, creating a dangerous situation. The first person to stop and offer help was a guy named Kori (if I remember correctly), but at the time, I refused, thinking I could restart the truck myself. However, the problem turned out to be serious, and my truck was partially blocking the road. The police arrived, told me I had to move it, and called for a tow truck, which would take 1 hour and 40 minutes to arrive and cost a lot.
Then, I remembered this guy who had offered to help earlier. I called him, and he came back—this time with a small tow truck. He pulled me to a safe place, and the most amazing part—he refused to take any money for his help! A truly honest and kind-hearted person, a real Good Samaritan. I highly recommend his services! Thank you so much for your quick response and kindness!

Contacted Simmons towing about picking up my car and taking to a repair shop in the Shoreline area. They gave me instructions on when to contact AAA to schedule the pick up. They arrived when they said they would, and had no issues loading the car and taking it to the repair shop. Everything worked out great. It is so nice to have a local towing company so close to us.

I needed a tow from Greenbank, I called this company and the person said ok he would be there soon. After 2 hours I called again and was told he was busy and Greenbank was to far. No phone call or text to cancel, no communication at all. They advertise they work the entire island, I guess not that day. This company sets the price, I agree, no nagging, and no results. Poor customer service.?Cannot recommend.

My car broke down in Freeland a few months ago after work hours. Kyle from Simmons Towing, called me after I contacted AAA. My car was scheduled to be towed the next day, but Kyle heard from the local police that my car couldn't stay in that spot overnight so Kyle left his house at 9:30pm to tow my car to the shop.I will request Simmons Towing and specifically, Kyle, if I ever need a tow in the future. This was an emergency and Simmons Towing, Inc. showed up within 15 minutes of the original request. I was so happy since this was the 3rd company contacted. The driver was kind and courteous. He was fast and took great care with loading the car on the flatbed. I wish you were located in Everett. Either way, I was so happy that you had a driver here who could help me.
