The person on the phone and another person at the front desk, both didn’t seem to give a toot. All I wanted was a sports physical for my son. I’ll go somewhere else.

Provider made a diagnosis based on intake information. Walked into the exam room, leaned against the counter, and did not even examine me before referring me to an emergency room. Diagnosis wasn't even close to correct.
