The person on the phone and another person at the front desk, both didn’t seem to give a toot. All I wanted was a sports physical for my son. I’ll go somewhere else.

Provider made a diagnosis based on intake information. Walked into the exam room, leaned against the counter, and did not even examine me before referring me to an emergency room. Diagnosis wasn't even close to correct.

I’ve had to get different tests done ordered by other doctors and loved being able to go here and get it handled on the island without having to go on a long journey. Have done different tests here both for myself and my kids.

I have been here a few times and every time I've had a horrible experience. This time was a bit different, I was bitten by a pitbull and was bleeding, the triage nurse came out and looked at my wound when she told me how long I had to wait I told them I could just run up to the hospital she stated she called them and there backed up even farther out then they were. I did have to wait 2 1/2 hours to get in. I did wait in my car until I started seeing prisms do to a migraine onset. I walked in and asked if they had an aspirin or something they can give me they stated no. I was told I could run home and take my meds for it but I opted not to since I couldn't see per the prisms. I stayed in the waiting room. I got called back by a really nice nurse and she check me out and took vitals. Dr. Mueller came in and examined me and stated I need stitches arghhh, when I get nervous I tend to talk more and crack stupid jokes. He was a champ, even when I asked him if he has done stitches before lol come to find out the nurse knew my parent's and it was a great distraction. When I was done I gave the nurse a hug and left.The reason they have long wait times is because they only have 1 doctor back there just 1. They could really use another dr.Update: Went in on Monday to have the stitches removed and apparently you have to get in queue with everyone else to do a 7 second job. At the time I was in for my stitches the nurse told me I wouldn't have to wait in line I could just come back and the nurse would remove them. I couldn't wait because I have a life lol I paid my friend 20.00 to take them out it literally took 7 seconds.If your backed up like this, it isn't necessary to take a room.

Disgraceful and inhumane. Yeah, sure I'll sit in my 90° car for over an hour with no indication as to how many people are ahead of me or how long it will take to get in and no access to a barhroom.Edit: Kurt Mueller was able to save a star on this review but over all, especially the people that answer the phones, this clinic is terrible. And they've only gotten worse over time. The people that answer the phones absolutely kill the reviews for this clinic especially considering that's where most experiences start with the clinic. Maybe employ some folks who care and can be a little more considerate and use their brains if they have any?

New to the Island, I had my 1st experience with Whidbey Health walk in in Clinton yesterday. The staff and process was excellent, and my pinched nerve was treated, feeling much better today.

I am in awe of the staff here at the Clinton Walk In Clinic. Everyone is so kind and caring. From the receptionist, Medical Assistant and Heather the Nurse Practitioner! They all are putting in extraordinary hours and yet keep their composure and compassion intact. Please remember to return the favor when you arrive too. COVID is back in spades and they all deserve our care as well.Gary M

My 94 year father having trouble with hearing aids due to wax build up. One person in front of us 1 1/2 hours later and still no seen! Horrible place.

1/6 I got here at 9:40 (waiting in my truck and finally made it inside to see the doc at 12:42(30 min wait) Still waiting at 1:12! They move me to a different room to finally see the doc. Leave at 1:35 to go home! Everyone was super nice and thank you but .......? 4 hrs really!

The wait and process to be seen were extremely lengthy. Multiple calls and 2 hours later. When I was seen the nurses and Dr. Rob was great! Very friendly and made me feel comfortable as I live across the country. If you are here visiting and must be seen I highly recommend. Just call way ahead.

Wasted an hour and a half to two hours, waiting to go back and then another half an hour for the doctor to show up which never did I highly do not recommend this place. You’re better off making an actual appointment. It was a waste of time

A dangerous waste of time and money. I feel like I was being run by a scam. I came in with Covid and a blood pressure of 160 with respiratory difficulty. I wasted 3 hours to see someone and the Dr would not prescribe me anything because I did not have recent lab work with them. She wanted me to come back for labs the next day? And spend another 3 - 4 hours waiting in the super cold clinic getting sicker by the minute? I asked if she could at least write me a antibiotic or something for my chest and breathing and she gave me cough medicine. $150 bucks for cough medicine? Are you kidding? Malpractice walking. This place needs an overhaul ASAP.

I've had to go in a couple of times this year and each time was treated as I would be seen at most any walk in clinics, professional and in order of arrival. The staff has been friendly and helpful.Not sure why there are such negative reviews, as it might be around the overall Whidbey Health system rather than this particular location.
