“Update: I had posted previously that I was having issues with the internet within my household, which was a recurring issue I was having and am having. After calling in and speaking with someone I was directed to a wonderful and kind technician. We communicated about the issues we've been having at our home and he was incredibly understanding and supportive, and walked me through multiple options which in contemplating taking. I'm happy I called in so I could talk to them about the issues we've been facing and get some amazing answers, also happy to finally change my one review to a 4 star!
