“Had a city-wide outage late on a Friday; knowing they are only open during the weekdays I still called and left a message late that night. I had a technician call me the next morning, explain what was happening and how they are fixing it on their end. Ultimately diagnosed why my fiber was not connected still, fixed it, and kept me in contact the entire time.Anywhere else, fiber is incredibly expensive. To have such an affordable option in a small town is unbelievable. Not only that, but having a response during off-hours where they actively try to fix every customer's problems one-on-one is above and beyond.I recommend this option to anyone in Colfax. I do not have their cable TV package (I am a cord-cutter) so I will not vouch for that. But their support for their fiber package is so far beyond what I've experienced with past companies. I look forward to their continued success.”
