Gina is amazing! I had horrible dry ends and nasty dryness on the lower half of my hair from bleaching it the year before. I had also had a very bad haircut before this in the past somewhere else. I was so worried about how a short haircut would look when I didn't want it. She not only saved my long hair, she gave me a really cute cut with long layers. They blend really well. I'm so happy I got to keep my long hair! She's also super friendly and nice, great to chat with as you get your hair done. She also has really good prices. I'm only coming here from here on out!

I went to get my hair done by Lyda, and it was the worst dye job I have ever had. When I asked for a Balayage it looked like she played Tetris on top of my hair. I spent 120$ for a really shitty job. This one star is for them returning my money after they saw what she did with my hair. It's been three months and 700$ to fix what she did to my hair. To this day my new stylist can't get all the bleach spots out of my hair without frying all of my hair... Anyways don't go to Lyda this lady needs to go back to beauty school. It's obvious that she doesn't know what she is doing.

I tried calling to see if they could do a manicure, but when I asked, the woman on the other end just went "oh no you need to call Carrie, thank you, bye" and tried to hang up on me. I was able to ask if she could tell me how to contact Carrie, and she said to "go online" and then hang up. I went "online", and found nothing about scheduling a manicure on Yelp or anywhere. I guess they don't do them anymore?

I could barely understand what the person answering the phone said. I tried to find out if this place did nails and it was so confusing to understand the person who answered the phone I never actually figured it out. I politely just told the person that I was hanging up because I absolutely didn't understand what she was saying!!

I just moved from Arizona and was in need of a new salon. I have been working in a Covid designated hospital since the beginning of the pandemic, so have been trimming my own hair and waiting it out. My poor hair was in dire need of a professional. Lilly was able to get me in quickly and did great on my cut and color. She also applied a hair mask that did wonders! It's not the closest salon to me, but definitely worth the drive.

Horrible Experience with Lilly!! This review is not specific to the salon, but only towards Lilly. And as much as I feel bad about doing this, I want to give others a heads up so they don't have the same experience. I found Lilly through Groupon and was interested in the cut and balayage offered. I reached out to her directly to see if there were any additional fees because that was not mentioned on the Groupon ad. I was certain with my thick, curly, long hair there would be additional fees so I asked her specifically before purchasing. She told me there were no extra fees and that there was no need to purchase the Groupon and that she would honor their price. No additional questions were asked to me prior to my appointment. I drove over a half hour to my appointment . The moment I arrived I had a bad vibe from her. She questioned why I was there early when I was only 10 mins early, for some reason she thought it was an hour before I was supposed to be there. Before I even sat down in the chair, she mentioned my hair was way thicker than she thought and told me there would be additional fees. Disappointed I even told her I could settle for a partial balayage. Now it wasn't that my hair was thick, but now it was she only did blonde balayage that she didn't have any red dye there. After many excuses to try and get me to decline my scheduled appointment that was supposed to be happening I decided to tell her I didn't want her services and I left. Very unhappy and I can honestly say I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional and rude! What a waste of time!!!

I had my hair done by Lilly and I just couldn't of been happier with the result. My hair was a hot mess and very damaged. She did a color correction and fixed my cut. She was wonderful to chat with while I was in her chair and I left feeling like i would definitely be coming back to her for all my future hair cut and coloring needs. I highly recommend booking an appt with her!

Lilly did an amazing job. I came in for my birthday and had champagne waiting. The salon was clean and Lilly and I had great conversation while she worked on her masterpiece- my hair. 10/10 will come back!

Lilly is detailed and has a thorough knowledge and intuition with color. She did an amazing job on lifting and lightening the color in my hair while protecting it from further damage. Plus she is a lot of fun to visit. You can't go wrong booking with Lilly!
