“Brought my Prius in after a very unfortunate encounter with a deer. The Tietan team was great about keeping me updated and dealing with my insurance. The repairs were completed almost 2 weeks ahead of schedule and the work was great quality. Looks like the accident never even happened. “Got a ding in my windshield and arranged with Economy (through the car insurance) to repair. Service was freindly, efficent, and professional. They are a certified Safelite provider: the nearest franchise is in Kennewick.”
“I had my windows tinted here and he did an amazing job on them! He got me in same day and it’s a fair price. However, I don’t like that the owner asks for cash. They claimed that their card reader is broken, but i’ve heard others say they ask for cash as well. He doesn’t give you quote paper with details about the job. So overall I will give a 4 star for the great tint job and fair price, but take a star off due to the sketchy payment system.”
