They are super friendly and easy to work with, and anytime I've had a problem they've fixed it. Also, it nice that they're a small bank because wait times to talk with someone over the phone are almost non-existent.”

I had been told by another branch that all I would need to get my adult daughter a bank account was her ID and negotiation there and it turns out she needs her ID social security number and some mail. But this branch was nice enough to send her some mail since she didn't have anything but packages at home which wouldn't have worked for their verification purposes. But it would have been nice if the other branch in Richland hadn't mislead me. I still don't have her account set up bc of everything 🙃 She wasn't impressed.”
