This cellular company has great local employees that are willing to step-up and assist when necessary. The customer service is vital for senior citizens and the Walla Walla store provides great customer service. Connectivity with Inland Cellular is equal to any 'national chain' company I had used in the past. In addition, being able to seek assistance and gain understanding about the system face-to-face is something you do not necessarily get with larger companies. I highly recommend Inland Cellular for good service, excellent support by their staff and support for local activities.

The service provided by Inland Cellular is horrible in the Milton Freewater and Walla Walla areas. Constant dropped calls, SMS messages not being sent or taking days to download, calls cutting in and out, and missed calls. I do not recommend if you live in these areas.

Unless you want a cell phone that does not work in the Tri-Cities, stay away from Inland. Unable to even dial 911 in a recent emergency situation. And when you switch to another company, watch out for extraordinary fees even if you owned the phone.

Purchased a 40$ hybrid screen protector even though I was hesitant because I wanted all glass. The manager installed it for me with alot of air bubbles underneath and told me to wait 24-48 hours and it will look better. Kinda weird but it did clear up over time. Unfortunately It developed a blemish dead center of screen that is damaging my s pen. When I called to inquire about replace/return I was told I should have registered it.( was never told this upon purchase).He did say I may still have a oppurtunity to register it. I would have purchased it online and saved money doing it myself had I known this.
