Been with P1FCU for about a decade. I appreciate the bank's help a lot. Really disappointed I couldn't get help with my auto loan. Now I will have to pay through the ceiling for a car with no protection.

The best customer service I have seen and experienced in a very long time!! I went to several banking institutions without any help, sometimes with rudeness, and I was ready to believe I would never get my check cashed. I'm so glad I reluctantly tried here and extremely grateful to the staff. It started out the same, but this time, when we asked if they could think of anything else, I could do they actually answered me. They went above and beyond to make sure I would be able to access my money on my "terms". I worked 40+ years in customer service, back when it truly was customer service, so I expect a lot from anyone in that occupation and it is horrible how little it really happens these days...most are completely opposite of the true meaning! Like I said, though, this was true customer service worthy of the old days. Check them out.

Be warned that they keep literal banker hours. No support after hours especially if you need to activate your debit card. Very frustrating!
