“We called Walla Walla Transmission Specialists 5 mins before they closed and Ryan still came out to where the truck was parked fixed it in a matter of minuets and we were back on the road to Seattle. Can't thank him enough, they do a fantastic job. Thank you!”
“I can't say enough good things about the team here. After a recent service appointment, a concern came up and I wasn't sure what to expect. What happened next genuinely surprised me. They took care of it immediately, with such kindness and professionalism that I lfelt truly valued as a customer. In a world where good customer service can be hard to come by, these folks reminded me that businesses like this still exist. I'm so grateful for the way they handled everything and I will absolutely be back. If you're looking for a shop you can trust, look no further.”
“Tom was Fantastic! I had to work so he picked up my car from my job, changed tires and brought it back. The cost was very budget friendly and I am so happy I didn't have to juggle my time. I definitely recommend them. Small and local is the best”
“Great service and great prices on tires, extremely kind and knowledgeable of they’re work, will be coming back to them for more tires in the future 🫡🫡🫡”
“Very clean dealership. Very nice people, and easy sales experience. I want to shout out all of the friendly staff there especially Stone and the financial guy there named Francisco they were fantastic. I love my car, I would highly recommend purchasing your next car from here.”
“They were extremely helpful in getting all the things done to get my imported Canadian car legal for WA. They went above and beyond by calling GM Canada to get verification and info on the part needing to be replaced. Highly recommend them !”
“Between the company, our farm and personal vehicles we are always buying tires. Over the last 3 years I've switched 100% of my tire, alignment, brake and front end work to Blue Mountain Tire Pros. The big guys in the region just aren't the same under their new ownership and more or less told me they don't want my business. I've always found Blue Mountain Tires Pros happy to help and they actually have better prices in almost all cases.”
“Managed to get a rock in the worst possible spot on my tire while driving up in the mountains. Les Schwab got me on and out with just a couple of hours. They did great work and were very friendly. First time customer just became a loyal customer!”
“Wow! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, to Sherri and the unidentified person that retrieved my dropped credit card!!
The tire service was also the best. The explanation and installation of 4 new tires at the Milton Freewater Les Schwab was all I could ask for!! Nice!!”

“Courteous service, free flat fix, and they swapped the fixed flat back onto the vehicle and put the spare back where it belongs, and proceeded to check all tires for air pressure (including the spare)...again, all for free, and I don't even think these tires were from Les Schwab. Thank you!”
