“After a terrifying experience with a rockslide, I had been unable to get help from AAA or AllState Insurance for towing because it was a weekend and their contracted people were not available. John at Jim's towing not only was available, but showed up with a sense of urgency, got my SUV to the collision repair show and completed the drop off of my keys so that I could get to the airport in time to make a flight home. Not only that, I got in the car for my ride to the airport before getting my receipt and John texted it to me later than day and followed up with a phone call to confirm drop off at the collision shop. “Everyone there has been super nice and helpful. I was able to get belongings out of the vehicle and take pics for the insurance company. I know it was the middle of the night on a Sunday and the car was probably still hot since it had been on fire, but I don't understand how tow fees are so high, not these guys specifically but just in general. That being said, the daily storage fee is very reasonable compared to other places. If I was having a vehicle towed intentionally, I would call these guys first.”
