“These folks are great. I own and operate a local Pest Control company and appreciate efficient and effective service as I would only expect my customers to as well. One of my trucks was having issues that I could hear and feel. After describing the issue to them they promptly got me on the schedule. Providing automated text message reminders about my appointment which is awesome for someone trying to schedule and remember things on the go all day. Once diagnosed they provided a text link to a quote with detailed description of what was done and found. Ultimately a bad wheelbearing and hub. I have a third party warranty that they were quickly able to get approval for coverage of work done. Not all third party warranties are easy to work with. Truck is fixed, no noise, drives smooth. “Well i have always had a good experience with colville Toyota but today i had several things done with my truck and it was done properly but when i got into my truck it smelled like 90 weight oil hopefully that smell goes away its not a good smell not sure if it was on the floor mats or the seat cover but otherwise it was a good experience.I appreciated the call i received offering to detail my truck if it needs it. I believe the smell was in my truck not any actual oil. Thank you!!!”
“Stopped in to get the AC checked, I was fortunate enough to be able to get a performance test. Appointments are booked out several weeks for repairs.
Found the AC compressor was having issues and a Schrader valve was leaking.

“We so appreciate the years of great customer service we've received from Colville Auto! James and the entire staff have always been upfront and honest with us. One time they even stopped me from having the same work done twice. I was getting ready for a trip and forgot we'd had the work done in the Spring and called to schedule it before my trip.Last Summer right before an important trip, our Dodge wouldn't start for the first time ever. Even though they were booked up they allowed us to have it towed there and said they'd try to run diagnostics between jobs. They said they'd do their best but didn't want to make any promises on getting the repairs done before our trip because they were already booked.They were able to run the diagnostics and determined it was the computer. They even made a few calls for us to see which Dodge dealerships had time along with the estimated time it would take and cost of repairs. Even when they knew they wouldn't be able to get the repairs done for us, they were still looking out for us! This is why they've been our repair shop for 15-20 years! “The staff is always polite, professional, and timely. And it's probably one of the most comfortable places to get your oil changed, you can either sit inside their building with free coffee, or stay in your car while the work is done. You can see what is happening with your vehicle the entire time. When you get an oil change, they usually do a vacuum, top off your other fluids, and show you where the oil is sitting at the end. Great business all around!”

“A manager at this location, Lane, SAVED the day when we'd been towed in due to a flat tire on Sunday! The donut OEM spare could not be put on to drive 50 miles back home w/o wrecking our rear axle so we were really in a pickle. It was 95 degrees, we had a cooler full of groceries, and no way home. Lane happened to be at the location that day when the tow truck offloaded us! Lane very kindly & way out of his way took pity on us oldsters & fixed our flat! We are forever grateful & while we already loved Les Schwab, we love them even more now! You have no idea how much you saved the day Lane! THANK you again!”
