We were incredibly impressed with the job that Colville glass did for our steam shower glass. Wes was great from beginning to end and very skilled at measuring and install. Everyone that we met was professional and top notch! This was a more complicated project and the results speak for themselves. We couldn't be happier!!!

My Toyota Rav4 was picked up and delivered back to me while I was in school at SCC. My new windshield was replaced WAY faster than I expected, and the quality of work was exceptional. Thank you, Colville Glass for your continued small town hospitality.

I took my 2019 Rubicon in to have windshield replaced. Young lady at front counter was very professional and got me in right away and worked with my situation. I brought Jeep in on appt date and it was completed within timeframe given. When I picked it up there was adhesive urethane on my control panel. I quickly went back inside and told the girl at the desk and she had Wesley take the Jeep to the back and clean it up. When Wesley brought the Jeep back to me he got out and there was now white sticky substance all over my seat! When I quickly questioned him about it he said it didn’t come from him and was dismissive and defensive not to mention very unprofessional. I got home and tried to clean it up best I could. I parked the Jeep in my shop for several days. Saturday,when I finally drove it and needed to use my lights on the way home and my Spod screen won’t turn on. Never had an issue with it and it worked the night prior to windshield installation. Monday, I just called Colville Glass to see if maybe a wire was disconnected or some simple fix. The Girl at the front counter had me speak with Wesley who was passive aggressive, dismissive and of course defensive and I explained to him my Husband is currently deployed in Iraq and that I would of had him check it out to see if it was simple fix rather then bother him . It felt disappointed in a small town business that I choose to support rather then the dealership in Spokane where I could of had the windshield done while it was there for maintenance would be so complacent about taking care of Customers vehicles while they are paying for a service and not return vehicles in worse condition. My expectations was that Wesley would say” bring it on in”and “I’m happy to take a look and see”. Instead Wesley suggested I return it to the place that installed the SPOD and have them take a look. I may need to do that and then send them the bill.
