worst possible Their AI answering voice need to be disconnted, an absolute failure. I was supposed to get a new replacement insulin pump by 5 pm, its now 9pm. It should only take 2 hours to get here. Hope I don't end up in the hospital.

I would give the driver for FedEx ground zero stars if I could! I watched him pull in back up wait literally. Less than a min in which I had gotten my shoes on and was on my porch, then he pulled out so I started yelling LOUD he puts his breaks on then speeds off as I am yelling and running down our very icy drive way clear on to the main road, do you think this cumtwat stopped NO, HE JUST KEPT ON DRIVING! I AM SO MAD!

Hours are not correct, Safeway said they closed customer service at 7 despite FedEx staying drop off was open to 8.

While I was getting my delivery on Dry Gulch Road Colville WashingtonThe driver was very helpful on putting out a fire ? ? ? in the road side, that the county started with their mowing crew.Thank God he was in the right place ? at the right time.Shame on the county in these HOT ? CONDITIONS.

I'm so upset at how the driver acted on my property. First he drives on my drive way really fast. This upsets me because I have little kids and pets. I asked "where the fire" and asked him to drive slower. So he backs up into my yard and peels our of my yard into my driveway and drives off as fast as he can. I'm going to try and order stuff for companies that use UPS because at least they drive nice so they don't run over my children and animals and leave burnout marks in my yard.

Unfortunately some of these delivery drivers around here don’t wear a mask when they come and knock on your door during this pandemic, it totally contradicts what FedEx advertised on their website during this pandemic! Little more consider about the communities you serve and less political statements will be great!
